Diet & Exercise
I provide a variety of healthy food choices during meals and snacks and encourage children to try new foods. Home cooked meals are served family style. Water is always available for children at any time in addition to four to six ounces of 100% juice per day. Low- and non-fat milk is also available. I support parents’ decisions about infant feeding. I will follow your detailed instructions around feeding your baby formula or expressed milk. Moms are also welcome to breastfeed at the daycare. Children are encouraged to participate outdoor activities and summer field trips. There are bikes, swings, slides, and sports equipment available for outdoor play. Afterwards they are calmed with rest and nap time. Health & Safety
